Out of bye bye

Thu Sep 11, 2003, 9:34 AM
It looks like having lunch, dinner, snacks and brunches with people, just to tell'em news about my life and say goodbye, is becoming a kind of second job for me.
I wonder why people use to talk so much while eating, I mean, it's quite an expensive habit, and an uncomfortable one, too: you have to manage both the talk and the eating, without taking account of the people chatting around you, the waiters and all.
It would be SO simple to meet in a park and just go for a walk, or maybe in a square or at a gallery or museum. :)

By the way, that's way life is, at least here in poshiest Milan, so let's surrender to the will of the masses and go for it.
The real problem is... I'm running short of "bye bye"s! I mean, I don't know what to say anymore or, even worse, I'm beginning to tell everybody the same story, with no emotion, no joy, no nothing.
I can't stand that. I really can't stand that.

What the hell, these are the last moments I'll spend with this people for a LONG time and I'm just playing my part like a f**ing answering machine?! No way.

Have to find some diversion... uhm... maybe I should throw a party? :D

Actually, I could try a strategy like give me one :+fav: and get a free pass for the exclusive Bye Bye Bru party. Milan, fall 2003.
Geez, that sounds great ;)
